I am a size 9 on one foot, 9 and a half on the other so wasn't quite sure what size to go for, I opted for a 10, and although at first I thought they were a little tight on my bigger foot they are now fine, warm and Snug and look as if they will last.

The Slipper Box.
I bought the men's Columbia in size 9 because I take a ladies' size 8-9 which isn't available. Men's Columbia is said to be small-fitting so seemed like a good bet. However, they are too wide for me, even my husband who takes size 9 found them wide but a bit short. The soles are flexible and have a lot of grip, and the slippers are warm. I'm looking for the best way to make them fit widthwise.
Lovely slippers, and as stated in the blurb they are slightly undersized, so buy large. I’m 9 1/2 and went for 10…they are delightful but just a bit snug while new. If you’re a keen cook like me, do use a spray-on surface protector from day 1!
I placed an order on 2nd December. It’s now 19th December and I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for an update / refund but I never get any reply. I would avoid ordering from Slipperbox

We are sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't as of yet been delivered. We have checked our sales inbox and haven't received anything under that order number with regards to a query for an update on delivery. All our parcels are tracked and customers receive a confirmation email with tracking code that means you can track your item at any time.
With regards to where your parcel is, this is currently in transit with Royal Mail and as of the 17th of December, it was in your local delivery office and should be delivered within the next few days. We have advised our customers that because of the Royal Mail strike action there are delays with parcels. We have a dedicated delivery page on our website providing latest updates to our customers about this.
It is our sincere apologies that you feel our service has been let down only by the courier that is delivering the item to you.
Having read the size guide and reviews for these slippers I ordered the size 11 ( one size bigger) but even those were too cramped so I have returned them and asked to exchange for a different brand that fits better. Awaiting an answer from Slipperbox.
