Q. Where do you deliver?
We are happy to deliver our products wherever you are in the world. Please select your country of residence from the drop down menu when prompted at the checkout.
Q. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
Delivery is charged depending on where you are situated in the world and how quickly you want to receive your order. Please remember that these delivery times assume that the products you are ordering are in stock.
Standard Delivery - £4.95 per order.
Suitable for deliveries within the UK mainland. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive. Orders will be sent with Royal Mail on a signed for service and will require a signature upon delivery.
Next Working Day - £9.45 per order
Guaranteed next working day delivery, within the UK mainland. Orders must be placed before 1 pm and will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery.
Saturday Day Delivery - £15.00 per order
Guaranteed Saturday day delivery, within the UK mainland. Orders must be placed before 1 pm on Friday and will be sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery.
Deliveries outside of these areas will be calculated based on weight and value and will be displayed during the checkout process.
The postage cost is calculated by the weight, volume and destination. The cost for delivery will be displayed after you have entered your address but before you have entered your payment details.
We use Royal Mail Airmail (with International Tracked & Signed For). If you require more information, or if you'd like a quote for expedited shipping, please contact us.

Q. How long do International Standard Deliveries take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes the 3 - 5 working days for Ireland and the rest of Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the Rest of the World*
*Please note you may be liable to pay import duties and these times are not guaranteed. Orders for Magicfelt or Stegmann products can take up to 12 working days to be delivered to our Europe & US customers.
Q. Can I return a product to you?
Here at The Slipper Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, it can be returned for a refund or an exchange.
You have up to 14 days after purchase to return your item(s), however, we insist that the products must be returned unworn and have any swing tags and washing instructions intact.
* Please note purchases that are bought from outside of the EU are none returnable so please make sure that you have chosen your correct size and colour before placing your order.
* On occasions, if the product is returned, a small re-boxing charge will have to be made. This charge is usually £3.00-£4.00. This will be deducted from your refund.
Q. How do I send items back to you?
We use Collect+ to return all our items. Just print off your label and take it to one of 6,500 locations across the UK, for just a small charge of £4.99.

This is usually more expensive because we recommend you use a tracked service, in case the parcel gets lost.
Q. Do I have to pay for the postage of returns?
We ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you need an exchange we’ll pay the cost of posting the goods back out to you.
We have thought about offering a free returns service, however, most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, especially as less than 10% of customers have to return goods to us.
Q. I only want to order one small item. Do I still have to pay the full postage cost?
Even though some of our products are very small and light our contract with our service provider means we have to pay the same amount for every parcel we send.
Q. My order has been dispatched but I have not received it. What should I do?
If you haven’t done so it would be worthwhile checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see whether they are holding your parcel. Occasionally cards aren’t left if a delivery fails.
We usually wait return working days from dispatch before we resend out your goods again. If you haven’t received your delivery by then, please get in touch.
