Returns & Exchanges
Here at The Slipper Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, it can be returned for a refund or an exchange. However, we insist that the products must be returned unworn and have any swing tags and washing instructions intact.
UK Returns & Exchanges
Currently there is an unlimited time after purchase to return your item(s), and if you are within the United Kingdom this can be done free of charge through our returns portal.
Just print off your label and take it to one of 8,000 locations across the UK.
International Returns & Exchanges
If you are outside of the UK, we do not offer free returns so please use your local courier service to post the item back to us at:

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it. What should I do?
If you haven’t done so it would be worthwhile checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see whether they are holding your parcel. Occasionally cards aren’t left if delivery fails.
We usually wait 14 working days from dispatch before we resend out your goods again. If you haven’t received your delivery by then, please get in touch.
