I wanted to talk to you personally about COVID-19. I understand that over the past few days, you have received many statements reassuring you that businesses are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health & safety of their staff & customers.
As a small family business, I want to let you know we are doing the same and we continue to adapt to any changes that the World Health Organisation advise, whilst we will endeavour to keep you informed.
We will continue to fulfil your orders and strive to meet the estimated delivery window for your country of origin, but please be aware in the unsettling times we are in, this may take a little longer.
We've been thinking about how we can help our customers in these challenges times so we have also extended our returns policy to an unlimited period. We don't want our customers to feel pressured about returning an item to us.
My main concern right now is your personal health. Especially any vulnerable relatives, family members or friends. I encourage you to follow the advice we are all being given by our governments and health services around the world to contend with this new virus.
