Due to the government's announcement of a second national lockdown starting today, Thursday 5th November, I wanted to update you.
Over the past six months, we've all had to adapt to the many changes this pandemic has brought. I wanted to reach out to you personally, to reassure you we are continuing to take the necessary steps for the health & safety of our customers & staff.
With Christmas fast approaching, we will continue to fulfil your orders and aim to meet the estimated delivery time for your country of origin. However, on certain occasions, there may be a slight delay, but we will keep you updated at all times.
Our unlimited-time returns policy is still in place, as we don't want our customers to feel pressured about returning an item to us. Our telephone lines are open, so, please call if you need any help or advice with your order.
