We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Where a product's correct price is lower than that paid, we will refund the difference to you, and despatch your order in the usual way. Where the correct price is higher you will have the option of proceeding with the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. All prices are inclusive of sales tax but do not include delivery charges.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your agreement with us within a period of 28 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods. How to Cancel This Agreement

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your agreement, you can do so by writing to us, or by emailing sales@theslipperbox.com

Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-

  • We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order.
  • We are unable to obtain payment.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified.

Faulty Items

What happens if my item develops a fault? If this happens please contact our customer service department so they can arrange a return back to us for further inspection. Our faulty item policy:

  • Faulty items that were returned within 28 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded.
  • Items that have developed a fault between 28 days and 6 months will need to be replaced subject to inspection.

Natural wear and tear or aging will not be covered by our faulty item policy. This is generally after a 6 months period. However, for items bought more than 6 months of receipt. You can still contact to see if we can help.
