Who is your courier for standard or tracked services?

The Majority of our standard, and tracked international services sent by Royal Mail.

 

Can I make any changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible should you need to make any changes.

 

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it. What should I do?

If you haven’t done so it would be worthwhile checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see whether they are holding your parcel. Occasionally cards aren’t left if delivery fails.

Due to the delays with deliveries, we are waiting 30 working days from dispatch before we resend out your goods again. If you haven’t received your delivery by then, please get in touch.
