All deliveries to Europe & ROW are calculated at checkout. You will also be given an estimated delivery time. Most of our Europe & ROW arrive within 10 working days but sometimes they can take up to 28 days to be delivered.

Customs and Import Taxes.

Please note that all our International Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom & Channel Islands are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you are liable for all taxes & duties when they arrive in your country. At no point is The Slipper Box liable for these taxes and duties.

We make every effort to ensure that information about stock is kept as up to date, but in rare circumstances, stock levels of our products can be incorrect or change.

If this happens, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative product, colour or an alternative delivery date when the product is next in stock. We do this of course with your agreement or refund the full amount to you if the alternative is not suitable.

If any of your items are found not to be in stock, we will let you know within 1 working day from the time you placed your order.

Who is your courier for standard or tracked services?

The Majority of our standard, and tracked international services sent by Royal Mail.

 

Can I make any changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible should you need to make any changes. Once your order has been shipped we can no longer make amends to your order or cancel your order. 

 

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it. What should I do?

If you haven’t done so it would be worthwhile checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see whether they are holding your parcel. Occasionally cards aren’t left if delivery fails. 

 

  • For deliveries sent to the United Kingdom & Channels we wait 28 days before resending items again. Or at this point we can offer a full refund.

 

  • For deliveries sent outside the United Kingdom & Channels we wait 45 days before resending items again. Or at this point we can offer a full refund.
