General Return Policy

If you've changed your mind, that's okay! You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of when your order is delivered*.

* Please note

  • Exchanges and replacements are subject to availability.
  • All items must be received by us within 14 days. 
  • All items must be unworn in a sellable condition and in their original packaging and with their original labels & tags.
  • Refunds will be made in full excluding any original postage costs you have paid.
  • Please do not stick a label or piece of paper to the box as this will be classified as a non-sellable product and could be refused for exchange or refund. Instead wrap your parcel in brown paper or put it in the original grey bag it came in. 

Final Sale Policy 

    Items marked as FINAL SALE, will not be eligible for a return. You will not be able to return the product for an exchange or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

     

    How do I return my order? 

    Please note, if you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 

    All returns have to be made through our portal.  We have made this super easy and provide you with a label to post the item back to us. Just click the link below to start your return. All returns, whether for a refund or an exchange have a reboxing & label charge of £5.00, and will be deducted from your refund or charged at the point of exchange*

    **Please note, if you order qualified for a free delivery, but when you return an item this drops below the free delivery threshold, you will have delivery deducted from your refund also.

    How long do exchanges and refunds take? 

    Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process and you will receive an email once your refund has been made or the exchange has been sent out.   

    Refunds are made to your original payment method. We are unable to change this policy and there are no exceptions.

     

    International Returns & Exchanges

    If you are outside of the UK, please use your courier service to post the item back to us. All taxes and custom duty must be paid for by yourself.*

    *Please note: If we are charged taxes at the point of entry, this will either be refused and returned to you or be deducted from your refund.
