GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

Exchanges

We offer a free exchange service, and we will process this as quickly as possible once the item(s) have been returned to us. You can print a free label below.

Exchanges can take up to 14 working days to process and you will receive an email once this has been completed. Please make sure any item returned is in a sellable condition, including the box & packaging.   

Refunds

If you've asked for a refund, we'll refund the value of the goods returned by you. There is an administration charge of £4 which will be deducted from your refund.

US RETURNS

US returns incur a £20/$30 charge and will be deducted from your refund or charged at the point of exchange. This is subject to our terms and conditions. We currently operate a 30-day return policy for all US orders.

  • Use the label provided in your delivery package and take it to your nearest DHL Service Point.
  • If you have misplaced the label, please contact customer services.
