GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
We offer a free 30-day exchange service, and we will process this as quickly as possible once the item(s) have been returned to us.
Exchanges can take up to 14 working days to process and you will receive an email once this has been completed. Please make sure any item returned is in a sellable condition, including the box & packaging.
If you've asked for a refund within 30-days, we'll refund the value of the goods returned by you. There is an administration charge of £4 which will be deducted from your refund.

US returns incur a £20/$30 charge and will be deducted from your refund or charged at the point of exchange. This is subject to our terms and conditions. We currently operate a 30-day return policy for all US orders.

EUROPE & ROW RETURNS
At the moment we do regret that we cannot accept returns from Europe or the Rest of the World. Please do not try and send items back to us, as they will be declined.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
From the 1st of November, any order placed for a gift can been returned up to the 14th January 2022. The gives you an a little bit of extra time to get the item(s) back to us. All items returned must still be in an unworn condition with the original packaging.
