General Return Policy

If you've changed your mind, that's okay! You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of when your order is delivered*. - 14 days of sale or clearance items

* Please note

  • Exchanges and replacements are subject to availability.
  • All items must be unworn and in their original packaging and with their original labels & tags.
  • Refunds will be made in full excluding any original postage costs you have paid.

 

Christmas Return Policy

Our 30-day returns period has been extended until 13th January 2023 for all orders placed from the 24th of October 2022. You can return your item for an exchange or a refund, provided is in line with the above. 

 

How do I return my order? 

There are two ways to return an item to us: 

1. You can arrange a return yourself using a service of your choice. If you do this, please ensure you clearly state whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage in case the parcel gets lost before it reaches us.

2. You can use our pre-paid label. We have made this super easy for exchanges, just click the link below to start your exchange and we won't charge you. We only offer 1 free exchange in the same style and colour. This does not reset the 30-day window. If you do choose to use this service for a refund, then the cost of postage (£4.00) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please note, if you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How long do exchanges and refunds take? 

Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process and you will receive an email once your refund has been made or the exchange has been sent out.   

 

International Returns & Exchanges

If you are outside of the UK, please use your courier service to post the item back to us. All taxes and custom duty must be paid for by yourself.
